Silver Depot’s main purpose is to keep all of our customers satisfied with the best prices and shipping rates that no other company will give you. Please check out our shipping methods to find the most convenient one for you.

v NO P.O Boxes: UPS Does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with an alternative shipping address (ONLY Residential or Business address accepted).

v ATTENTION Hawaii Customers: We cannot ship out ANY package via UPS Ground to Hawaii therefore we ask our customers to not select that option. The only shipping available for our customers in Hawaii is 2-Day. If you are promted to select Ground Shipping, please select our 2-Day option to avoid an extra shipping charge. 

v ATTENTION International Customers: Please e-mail us to customerservice@silverdepot.com if you think the charge of $75 with UPS it too much for your location. If you provide us with your address we will check with UPS and let you know within 24hrs if we can offer a lower shipping cost.

v      No order is guaranteed to be shipped out the same day it is placed due either they payment processing or other orders pending.

v All orders are subject to 1-2 day shipping delay due to other order that have been placed, products may be back ordered or on hold for payment processing.

v  We will Not Combine any orders' shipping. There will be NO exceptions made.

v      All Credit cards must be authorized and verified before your order can be processed which may take up to 24hrs.

v      You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

v      Every payment will be made in the United States Currency.

v      Silver Depot accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
